Please allow for between three to four weeks for items to be manufactured and ready to be shipped. It is possible for your order to be ready and shipped well before our estimated time-frame.
If you are in urgent need of one or more of our items, we encourage you to email us before placing your order to confirm availability for immediate shipment.
CADLOFT is based in British Columbia, Canada. Taxes are applied to all Canadian orders. No tax is applied to international orders. We are not responsible for additional taxes and/or duties that may apply for shipments that enter countries outside of Canada.

Items listed on our website are made to order; meaning, they are custom made just for you. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. All sales are final.
If there is an issue with your newly purchased jewellery, please contact us within the first seven days of receiving your package for us to best assist you in resolving the issue.
